BoostFoods is an exciting new online food and drink company that launched in summer 2019. BoostFoods was started by a group of individuals who identified a gap in the marketplace for consumers wanting to buy high quality protein rich food and nutritional products at an affordable price and who are keen to follow a healthy lifestyle.
S2 was awarded the contract to help BoostFoods undertake market research to scope the current offering in the market and consumer profiling to identify the core target audience. We were then asked to develop a new brand identity, ecommerce website and develop a marketing strategy to launch and then support this online business
S2 conducted market research to gain insight into the health, fitness and nutritional sector. Covering the key competitors, positioning and price points, this research helped define BoostFoods brand positioning and subsequent brand identity which needed to underpin the high-quality product offering at a competitive price.
BoostFoods required a striking and premium brand to position itself, its core values and USP in the marketplace. Employing user journey planning and wire frame testing, S2 was able to design and build an intuitive e-commerce site. We developed a social and digital strategy ensuring BoostFoods experienced a strong launch in the marketplace, using cross-platform tactics to drive awareness and traffic to the website. Ongoing marketing activity is focused on building and developing a community of followers across social media.
S2 continue to provide ongoing marketing support in the form of social media management, paid online advertising, communications, events and email marketing to grow awareness and gain traction within this competitive but growing marketplace.
S2 has created an exciting contemporary brand with a strong e-commerce site and marketing collateral to help drive business growth. After a successful launch, BoostFoods is realising a steady increase in customers, social media followers and growing awareness in this sector. S2 will continue working with BoostFoods to ensure that they have the right tools to increase market share looking at new opportunities to grow brand advocates and support.
